Bike On NZ is a not-for-profit organisation started by Paul McArdle and Meg Frater in November 2009. Their aim is to help enable and assist more New Zealander's to experience the “joy of biking”.
This is being achieved by launching a series of non-profit projects including Teens on Bikes, Bikes in Schools, Police on Bikes and Bike On Flaxmere.
These projects will help encourage people to bike more, gaining the positive benefits that come with biking - health and fitness, confidence, self esteem, as well as benefits to the environment.
